1. Who can use Paradiso34
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account. You may hold only one personal account, and it's for your own non-commercial use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
If we discover an account belongs to a minor or contains false identity information, we will suspend or remove it.
2. Your account & verification
To keep Paradiso real, every member's photos are reviewed before their profile publishes. We do not ask for identity documents and perform no identity verification. You're responsible for keeping your login secure — whether you sign in with Google, Facebook or email — and for all activity on your account.

3. Membership, visibility & payments
Joining and matching are free. Girls can buy optional visibility plans when they want to appear in boys' discovery lists. Visibility plans can run for a day, a week, a month, or another duration shown at checkout.
Paid visibility renews only when the selected offer says so. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. You can stop renewal anytime from your account settings; active visibility continues until the end of the paid period.
Payments are handled by secure third-party processors; we never store your full card details.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. By sharing them you grant Paradiso34 a limited licence to display them within the service so other members can see your profile. You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.
We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
6. Safety & meeting in person
We verify profiles and review reports, but we don't conduct criminal background checks and can't guarantee anyone's conduct. Use your judgement: meet in public, tell a friend your plans, and never send money to someone you haven't met.
You can block or report any member in one tap, and we review every report with care.
7. Privacy & your data
We process your data under our Privacy Policy and in line with the GDPR. We never sell your personal data. You can access, correct or delete your data, and close your account, at any time from your settings or by contacting us.
8. Suspension & termination
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, harm other members, or put the community at risk — immediately and without refund where the breach is serious.
9. Liability
Paradiso34 is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for the conduct of members or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Spanish law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Paradiso34 evolves. If a change is significant we'll let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact & governing law
